The clinic platform, in depth.
Aceso is one platform with a configurable module system. Below is an honest map of what is available today and what is on the roadmap — so you always know exactly where a feature stands.
The operational core.
These capabilities are built, integrated and demonstrable. They are the foundation every Aceso clinic runs on.
Scheduling & Smart-Book
Provider shifts across chambers, multi-step treatment chaining, double-booking prevention, and a bilingual public booking page.
EMR encounter workspace
SOAP-structured notes, problem and diagnosis lists, an interactive 32-tooth odontogram, and prescriptions from a seeded drug catalog.
Billing & payments
Invoices from the visit, partial-payment tracking, branded PDF invoices, and built-in bKash, Nagad and SSLCOMMERZ gateways.
Notifications that reach patients
Appointment confirmations and 24h / 2h reminders over SMS and WhatsApp, queued and delivery-logged, with Bengali templates.
Multi-location & chains
Group several branches under one organisation and see appointments, patients and revenue across all of them — isolation intact.
Offline-first PWA
Keep working through a dropped connection. Changes queue locally and sync automatically when the network returns.
Bilingual, end to end
English and Bengali across the whole interface and printed documents, including prescription and invoice PDFs.
A walled garden per clinic
Every clinic's data is isolated by PostgreSQL row-level security — enforced by the database, not just application code.
From the visit to the balance paid.
Invoices are generated from completed procedures in the encounter. Partial payments are tracked, and patients pay the way they actually pay in their market.
- Itemised invoices pulled straight from the encounter
- Partial payments and outstanding balances tracked per patient
- Mobile money — bKash, Nagad, SSLCOMMERZ — plus cash and card
- Branded invoice PDFs with bilingual labels and local currency
Items from this visit
From encounterPayment
One codebase, configured per clinic.
Aceso ships as a configurable product line. The operational core is always on; optional capabilities are grouped into bundles a clinic can switch on. The module system itself is available today — several of the modules inside these bundles are in active development.
Canadian Dental
Aligns Aceso with an insurance- and recall-driven dental market.
Advanced Clinical
Extends the encounter into richer dental clinical workflows.
Patient Engagement
Self-service and patient-facing digital workflows.
Enterprise Security
Policy-driven authentication for chains and corporate groups.
What we are building next.
These capabilities are designed and partly built, but not yet ready to run a clinic on. We will not market them as finished until they are.
Electronic insurance claims
CDAnet v2/v4 and ITRANS 2.0 claim submission, predeterminations and adjudication — the data layer exists; the operational workflow and certification are in progress.
Provincial fee schedules
Multiple fee schedules with provincial fee-guide import mapped to procedure codes.
Recall & hygiene re-care
End-to-end recall enrolment, campaigns and compliance statistics as an operational retention engine.
PIPEDA / PHIPA compliance workflows
Consent records, PHI-access logging, retention rules and export/destruction workflows, fully enforced.
Periodontal & surface charting
Pocket-depth perio exams and tooth-surface charting wired cleanly into the encounter.
Patient self-service portal
OTP login for patients to view appointments, forms, invoices and treatment history.
Straight talk. Aceso’s Canadian dental bundle — electronic claims, fee guides, recall and the compliance framework — is the part still being hardened to a certifiable standard. If that is what your practice needs first, we will show you the current build and a dated plan, not a promise.
Frequently asked.
Who is Aceso for?
Independent and group dental practices and general-practice clinics. It is built primarily for Canadian dental practices and for dental and general clinics in Bangladesh, but the platform is market-agnostic at its core.
Is Aceso available today?
The operational core — multi-tenant administration, scheduling, the EMR encounter workspace, invoicing, payments, notifications, bilingual UI and offline operation — is built and demonstrable. The Canadian dental insurance, fee-guide, recall and compliance modules are in active development on a published roadmap. We will always tell you exactly where a feature stands.
How is clinic data kept separate?
Aceso runs on PostgreSQL with row-level security. Every clinic is a tenant, and the database itself filters every query to that tenant. Isolation does not depend on application code being perfect — it is enforced by the database engine.
Does it work where the internet is unreliable?
Yes. Aceso is a Progressive Web App. Reading data works offline from cache, and changes you make offline are queued and synced automatically when the connection returns.
What does it cost?
Pricing is tailored to clinic size and the modules you need. Book a demo or contact sales and we will put together a quote for your practice.
Who builds and supports Aceso?
Aceso is built by Arko IT Services Inc., a Canadian technology company specialising in compliance-grade software for regulated industries. It sits alongside Arko’s compliance products, Auvex and Aegryn.
